Kyungdong Navien announced on the 4th that it will newly release the condensing gas boiler 'NCB354,' which offers high-performance and high-efficiency heating capabilities. The newly launched 'NCB354' is a product that significantly improves the performance of Kyungdong Navien's steady seller lineup, the condensing boiler NCB300 series.
The NCB354 features an added 'Dual Sensing' function that enables more precise temperature control. Dual Sensing is a technology that calculates the temperature of the heating water returning from the room through sensors to achieve a more accurate set temperature. This allows the boiler to maintain a consistent heating temperature regardless of varying insulation conditions in each home or changing external temperatures and weather daily, ensuring comfort.
Wireless Firmware Over-The-Air (FOTA) updates have also been added as an option. When using a thermostat that supports Wi-Fi remote control, FOTA allows users to control the boiler remotely and automatically update the software, keeping both the boiler and thermostat up to date.
Additionally, the indoor thermostat uses a jog dial method that can be turned left or right by hand, allowing easy operation of desired functions such as quick hot water and scheduled heating. In case of a boiler malfunction, the Navien Multi-Kit connection enables identification of the exact point of failure, and based on the boiler's error history and data, fast and accurate after-sales service can be provided.
