Now in its 24th year, the Eunpyeong-gu Children's Song Contest is a children's event organized by the Eunpyeong-gu Child Committee to provide children with opportunities to express their dreams and passion and to support their healthy growth. For the past three years, the contest was held online to prevent the spread of COVID-19, but this year it will be held in person for the first time in four years.
Any elementary school student in Eunpyeong-gu can participate. After submitting the application form, applicants must submit a video of themselves singing the first verse of the children's song to the designated email address to complete the application.
Participants may perform one song, and the contest will be held in preliminary and final rounds. In the preliminary round, videos will be reviewed by grade category, and a total of 46 teams will be selected to advance to the finals. The finalists will compete on the 18th of next month at the Eunpyeong Cultural and Arts Center performance hall.
