Jeju Coast Guard Delivers Consolation Supplies to Geonipdong Community Center
Jeju Maritime Police Station (Chief So Byung-yong) announced that on the 25th, they visited the Geonip-dong Community Center in Jeju City to deliver consolation goods in celebration of the Chuseok holiday.
On that day, seven employees of the Jeju Maritime Police Station and five people including the president of the Jeju Peace Lions Club visited the Geonip-dong Community Center.
Using donations collected little by little from all employees of the Jeju Maritime Police Station, they purchased food supplies and conveyed their hearts so that single-parent families and other neighbors in the local community facing difficulties could have a warm Chuseok holiday.

A Jeju Maritime Police official said, "We hope that warm hearts will be delivered to neighbors in the local community and that everyone will have a happy Chuseok," adding, "We will continue to participate in the culture of sharing and donation to become a Jeju Maritime Police that works together with the people."
