"Ship Easily" FedEx Adds Automation Features
Strengthening Services in Asia-Pacific and Other Regions
FedEx Express announced on the 25th that small and medium-sized businesses and sellers can ship more efficiently online through the automated e-commerce features of FedEx Ship Manager.
FedEx Ship Manager is available in 63 countries across the Asia-Pacific, Middle East, and Africa (AMEA) regions. According to FedEx, companies can easily handle online order shipping and paperwork, saving time compared to the manual input required for invoice labeling. It can be integrated with Shopify, BigCommerce, WooCommerce, and PrestaShop stores via the FedEx website. More platforms will be added in the future.
Specifically, customers can automatically download order information by linking with e-commerce platforms. With a single click, they can create and print invoices for multiple orders, synchronize electronic transaction documents to facilitate customs clearance, and update and synchronize invoice numbers and order statuses on sales channels to notify purchasing customers of their order shipment.
