On the 24th (local time), he shot a 3-under-par 68 in the 4th round of the DP World Tour (formerly the European Tour) Kazoo Open de France (total prize money $3.25 million) held at Le Golf National (Par 71, 7,249 yards) near Paris, France, finishing tied for 6th place (9-under-par 275). Le Golf National is the course where the men's and women's golf events will be held at the Paris Olympics next year. Kim Joo-hyung has the highest world ranking among Korean players, making his Olympic participation highly likely.
