The golf membership market remains stable overall with trading volume at a standstill.
According to Dong-A Membership Trading Center on the 23rd, the average price of 100 major memberships traded nationwide is 248.55 million KRW, up 0.14% from last week. By price range, only the ultra-high price range rose by 0.27%. The high price range increased by 0.07%, while the mid-price range fell by 0.17%. The low price range showed no change. Dong-A Membership Trading Center stated, "There are continued inquiries for buying at low points, but the bid prices remain low. Except for some items, the supply is also limited," and predicted, "Ahead of Chuseok, the market is expected to maintain a stable trend amid cautious observation."
The average price in the central region is 281.20 million KRW, up 0.10% from last week. The 88 course dropped 1.75%. Namseoul and New Seoul are in a strong stable trend due to accumulated buy orders. Asiana, a popular corporate item, jumped 1.32% due to active buy orders. Ultra-high price range items also saw price increases without transactions. The South region rose 0.45%, and Namchon increased 0.50%. In the Gangbuk area, Seowon Valley jumped 1.40% as individual and corporate buying demand flowed in. Team leader Park Cheon-ju said, "The central region membership market is experiencing intense bidding between sellers and buyers," and forecasted, "It is expected to continue a stable trend."

The average price in the southern region is 162.82 million KRW, down 0.17% from last week. Low-priced memberships showed no price changes for two consecutive weeks. Dongnae Benest fell 1.73%, Opel 0.55%, and Ulsan dropped 2.17%. Corporate buy orders for high-priced memberships increased. Jeongsan is at a point where finding supply is difficult. Bora surged 3.03% due to the appearance of high-priced supply. Team leader Lee Yun-hee analyzed, "In the southern region membership market, inquiries for transactions are increasing. The market is expected to maintain a stable trend for the time being."
