Providing 1:1 Customized Education on Financial Planning
BNK Gyeongnam Bank announced on the 21st that it provided financial education on financial planning at the ‘2023 Dreamcatcher Festival’ supporting youth preparing for independence in the Gyeongnam region.
Hosted by the Gyeongsangnam-do Independence Support Agency, the 2023 Dreamcatcher Festival was held at the Changwon Convention Center with about 100 youth preparing for independence participating.

BNK Gyeongnam Bank operated a financial education booth at the 2023 Dreamcatcher Festival, offering 1:1 customized education related to financial planning.
In particular, the head of the Financial Education Team in the Financial Consumer Protection Department and a retirement finance expert from the WM Customer Department were stationed at the booth to teach youth preparing for independence about financial planning that can be directly experienced and practiced in daily life.
Kim Yang-sook, Executive Director and Chief Consumer Officer (CCO) in charge of financial consumer protection at BNK Gyeongnam Bank, said, “BNK Gyeongnam Bank provides various financial education programs such as summer and winter training and expert mentoring for children aging out of care and youth preparing for independence. We will continue to take an active interest so that young people in the local community can establish a sound financial perspective and adapt well to society.”
