Guro-gu Smart Farm Strawberry Seedling Planting Experience Event Held
Guro-gu (Mayor Moon Heon-il) held a strawberry seedling planting experience event at the Guro Smart Farm Center on the 20th.
Children from local daycare centers participated in the strawberry seedling planting experience, planting strawberry seedlings in the smart greenhouse together with Mayor Moon Heon-il and touring the main facilities of the Smart Farm Center.
The strawberry seedlings planted that day will be pollinated using bees next month and bear fruit by mid-December. Afterwards, the first strawberries produced this year at the Smart Farm are expected to be harvested.
