Boseong-gun Hosts 'Challenge! Integrity Golden Bell'

Boseong-gun, Jeollanam-do announced that on the 19th, it held the participatory learning festival "Challenge! Integrity Golden Bell," enjoyed together by over 200 employees, at the large conference room on the 4th floor of the county office.

This event was organized to increase employees' awareness of integrity by solving quizzes based on the knowledge of integrity learned through previous integrity education, making it both educational and enjoyable.

The quiz competition involved about 100 employees of various ranks, from senior officials to new employees, from 35 departments, participating in solving the questions. It was conducted as both a team competition by department and an individual competition.

The quiz was conducted in a survival quiz format where participants wrote answers on whiteboards for questions about integrity knowledge, and those who answered correctly advanced to the next stage. Each department held cheering contests, sparking employees' interest and enthusiastic participation.

After solving OX questions, multiple-choice questions, and short-answer questions, Jeong Eun-kyung, an administrative officer from the Climate Environment Division, rang the final Golden Bell, and the team competition was ultimately won by the Council Secretariat.

County Governor Kim Cheol-woo said, "I hope the sincere enthusiasm for integrity among employees and the unity through cheering will serve as a positive driving force in creating a healthy organizational culture." He added, "We will continue to discover and promote various integrity policies that all residents can feel, and do our best to implement trustworthy county administration."

Meanwhile, Boseong-gun has been operating an online self-learning integrity program linked to the work portal twice a week since March this year to support mandatory integrity education completion for all employees and to establish integrity awareness throughout the year.
