Han Chaeyang Appointed as New CEO of Emart, Former CEO of Chosun Hotel & Resort
Han Chaeyang, CEO of Chosun Hotel & Resort, was appointed as the new CEO of Emart on the 20th.
CEO Han is from Seoul, graduated from Mapo High School in 1983, and majored in Business Administration at Yonsei University in 1991.
She joined Shinsegae in 2009 as an assistant managing director in charge of planning and management at the Management Support Office. Since then, she has held positions such as managing director of the Group Strategy Office Management Team, vice president in charge of management and head of the Emart Management Support Headquarters, and vice president overseeing management at the Group Strategy Office.

She has served as CEO of Chosun Hotel & Resort since October 2019. Through this appointment, CEO Han will concurrently hold the positions of CEO of Chosun Hotel & Resort and CEO of Emart.
