Toll Fees Waived on Nationwide Expressways for 4 Days During Chuseok Holiday
During the Chuseok holiday period from the 28th of this month to October 1st, toll fees on nationwide expressways will be waived.

View original imageThe Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport announced on the 19th that a proposal to waive toll fees on nationwide expressways for the four days of the Chuseok holiday was passed at the Cabinet meeting.
The toll waiver period and eligibility apply to vehicles using the expressways at any time from 0:00 on September 28th to 24:00 on October 1st. Vehicles entering the expressway on the night of the 1st or exiting the expressway early morning on the 28th are also eligible for the waiver.
For Hi-Pass lane users, the waiver is applied by passing through with the device installed and powered on, and a voice message stating "Toll fee 0 KRW has been processed successfully" will be announced. For general lane users, tickets should be issued at the expressway entrance tollgate as usual, and upon submitting the ticket at the exit tollgate, the toll fee will be waived immediately.
