Rail Strike Reduces Train Services... 7 Temporary KTX Runs on Gyeongbu Line

The Railroad Union began a temporary general strike from the 14th until 9 a.m. on the 18th. On this day at 2 p.m., a rally to resolve victory in the general strike will be held near Samgeori, Namyeong Station, Seoul. About 6,000 union members and others are expected to participate. In Busan, about 2,000 members of the Railroad Union Busan Regional Headquarters will attend a rally held in front of City Hall organized by the Korean Confederation of Trade Unions.
