Galleria Department Store Unveils Japanese 'Maison Mihara Yasuhiro' Shoes
Items Frequently Worn by Domestic Celebrities
Galleria Department Store announced on the 14th that it will showcase 'Maison Mihara Yasuhiro (MMY)' shoes as a fashion item for this fall at its Seoul luxury store.
Maison Mihara Yasuhiro, which started in Japan in 1997, is famous for its unique and innovative shoe designs. It is characterized by creative designs such as its distinctive rubber midsole that looks melted and uneven, and thick shoelaces.
In Korea, the shoes gained popularity among celebrities and became a trend among people in their 20s and 30s, with resale prices at one point soaring more than four times the original price. The product is available at Galleria’s directly operated select shop, G.STREET 494 HOMME.
