The People Power Party announced on the 11th that it has finalized the primary election method for nominating a candidate for the Seoul Gangseo District Mayor by-election, which is just one month away.
Kang Min-guk, a member of the Central Party Nomination Management Committee for the People Power Party's Seoul Gangseo District Mayor by-election, said to reporters after the second meeting on the same day, "We decided to conduct the primary election through a public opinion poll, with 50% from party members and 50% from general voters."
