Ulsan City Health and Environment Research Institute announced on the 10th that it received a "satisfactory" rating in all categories in the "2023 Indoor Air Quality Analysis Proficiency Evaluation" conducted by the National Institute of Environmental Research.
This test analyzes formaldehyde, volatile organic compounds, and other substances in indoor air of multi-use facilities to ensure the accuracy and reliability of test results for environmental pollutants.
The evaluation items include seven categories such as formaldehyde, benzene, toluene, and styrene.
Organized by the National Institute of Environmental Research, this evaluation is conducted annually targeting indoor air quality pollution testing institutions nationwide, including city and provincial health and environment research institutes and private measurement agencies, to compare and assess each institution's testing capabilities and measurement analysis results using standard samples.
The Health and Environment Research Institute achieved excellent results with a "satisfactory" rating in all categories in this evaluation, gaining national recognition for the accuracy and reliability of its analysis results.
