Supports 2 Million Won for Twin Births
Gwangju Cheomdan 3PFV, the developer, and Jeil Construction, the builder, announced on the 7th that they will hold a childbirth congratulatory money event for contract holders of 'Cheomdan Jeil Punggyeongchae.'

If customers who have contracted an apartment give birth before moving in, they will receive 1 million KRW per child as childbirth congratulatory money. In the case of twins, 2 million KRW in total will be provided, 1 million KRW per child.
While construction companies have held various prize events for subscription applicants or contract holders, this is the first time an event offering childbirth encouragement money has been held.
According to Statistics Korea, the total fertility rate in South Korea in the second quarter (the average number of children a woman aged 15-49 is expected to have) was 0.7, a decrease of 0.05 compared to one year ago.
