Megazone Cloud Selected as 'Korea's Top Job Creator' for 3 Consecutive Years
Leading cloud company Megazone Cloud has been selected as a 'Korea's Best Job Creator' for three consecutive years.
On the 4th, Megazone Cloud received the 'Best Job Creator' certification at the '2023 Korea Best Job Creator Certification Ceremony' and the 'Government Award for Job Creation Merit' hosted by the Ministry of Employment and Labor.
With this certification, Megazone Cloud has been recognized as a Best Job Creator for three consecutive years since 2021. Among the 100 companies selected in 2023, only five, including Megazone Cloud, have been selected for three consecutive years.
The number of Megazone Cloud employees increased from 882 as of December 2021 to 1,520 in December 2022, an increase of 638 employees. This represents a 72% increase in employment compared to the previous year. This is 4.5 times the average employment growth rate of 16.0% among the top 100 Best Job Creator companies.

The total number of employees at Megazone Cloud and its affiliated companies increased more than twofold, from 1,366 at the end of 2020 to approximately 2,900 by the end of July 2023.

Lee Joo-wan, CEO of Megazone Cloud, said, "While the cloud industry is growing rapidly, the supply of skilled professionals is not keeping up with demand. We will continue efforts to nurture experts in the cloud field by expanding recruitment-linked training programs, including our own training programs and those linked with local governments and institutions, to respond to our internal workforce needs."
