Kim I-geun, Chairman of the Changwon Special City Council in Gyeongnam, participated in the seafood consumption and fishing village vacation promotion challenge.
According to the city council, the challenge is a relay-style promotional activity aimed at boosting domestic seafood consumption and encouraging trust and frequent use of safe local seafood to support fishing villages and fishermen.

Chairman Kim said, "Recently, seafood consumption has declined, causing great difficulties for fishing villages and fishermen," and added, "I hope many citizens will participate in consuming our safe local seafood, which is thoroughly inspected and meticulously managed."
