Renault Korea Sold 8,414 Units Last Month... Exports Rebound, Domestic Sales Decline
Renault Korea Motors announced on the 1st that it sold 8,414 units domestically and internationally last month.
Domestic sales last month were 1,502 units, down 62.0% compared to the same period last year and 11.9% compared to the previous July. Exports reached 6,912 units, more than doubling compared to the previous July (3,130 units). The increase in export volume is attributed to the resolution of transportation issues that had been a bottleneck. However, exports last month were 9.9% lower than the same period a year ago.

Starting this month, Renault has expanded customer marketing, reducing the QM6 price by up to 2 million KRW depending on the trim. The XM3 also had some convenience features adjusted. Exports were mostly comprised of the XM3, including 4,413 hybrid units, totaling 6,333 units.
