View original imageThe new product uses the same lactose-free method as the 'Bulgari Yogurt Lactose-Free Plain Made with Easily Digestible Milk' released last June. It is characterized by a thick texture and deep dairy flavor through 48 hours of fermentation.
Additionally, it contains Bulgari's unique live lactic acid bacteria of 300 billion CFU (guaranteed lactic acid bacteria count per gram) without adding sugar, coloring agents, flavorings, sweeteners, or stabilizers, enhancing its health benefits. According to the company, it contains a high protein content of 28.8g per 400g, which can supplement lacking nutrients when used in dishes such as salads.
