Prosecution Arrests and Indicts 20-Year-Old for Posting 'Sillim Station Murder Threat'
The Criminal Division 3 of the Seoul Central District Prosecutors' Office (Chief Prosecutor Kim Soo-min) on the 31st indicted Choi Mo (29) on charges of posting a so-called 'murder notice' online (threats, obstruction of official duties by deception) and detained him.

From now on, I will kill people," which caused about 20 police officers to be dispatched to the scene, thereby obstructing police work.
