Fashion platform Musinsa announced on the 31st that it will recruit outstanding talent across all job categories in the second half of the year.
By aggressively hiring talent to secure experts in various fields, the company aims to strengthen the competitiveness of its existing businesses and accelerate the growth of new ventures.
Musinsa plans to significantly expand its online platform business into offline channels. At the same time, it will expand its brand intellectual property (IP) business and strengthen support infrastructure for tenant brands, including logistics and data services. The company intends to expand its business model and accelerate its sophistication to provide greater value to customers and tenant brands throughout the fashion industry ecosystem.
Recently, Musinsa secured over 200 billion KRW in new funding corresponding to Series C from renowned overseas fund KKR and asset management firm Wellington Management. The new capital was raised to increase investment activities despite the unfavorable macroeconomic environment. With this large-scale investment, Musinsa plans to implement a contrarian strategy by actively recruiting top talent in sales (MD), technology, and other areas.
