GH, The System Lab CEO Kim Chan-jung and Others Appointed as Public Architects
Gyeonggi Housing and Urban Corporation (GH) held the 'GH Public Architect' appointment ceremony and a multi-family housing design advisory meeting on the 30th at Seoul Square in Namdaemunro 5-ga, Seoul.
The public architect system involves the participation of private experts in the planning and operation stages of public projects to improve design and enhance work capabilities, and it is applied to projects such as multi-family housing.
The appointed members this time are experts in urban and architectural design, including architect Kim Chan-jung, CEO of THE SYSTEM LAB, Professor Jang Soon-gak of Hanyang University, Professor Lee Kyung-hoon of Kookmin University, Professor Cheon Ui-young of Gyeonggi University, and architect Kwon Kyung-eun, CEO of Office Gyeong.
Based on their accumulated expertise and diverse experience, they are expected to provide significant assistance in improving the design and quality of GH public housing by coordinating and advising on the design process of multi-family housing projects implemented by GH.

The design advisory meeting targets a total of 4,528 households across three complexes, including Dongtan 2 A76-2 Block and the Anyang Gwanyang High School public housing complex, which will be sequentially constructed and sold after the housing construction project plan is approved next year.
