Norang Poongseon announced on the 30th that it has completed the new employee training for the 13th batch of public recruitment interns this year and will assign them to their respective departments.

A total of 33 recruitment-linked interns, selected through document screening followed by first and second interviews, began intensive training on the 16th. The training program included common education such as ▲Company Introduction ▲Understanding the Travel Industry ▲HR System ▲CCM, as well as job-specific training like ▲Travel Industry Practice ▲Use of Computer Systems ▲Understanding Travel Products, providing a comprehensive overview of the travel industry ecosystem.
On the last day of the new employee training, the 29th, certificates were awarded to the interns who completed the approximately two-week training schedule, and three outstanding interns were selected and given awards based on evaluations from various training courses.
The 33 Norang Poongseon interns will be assigned to departments such as ▲Product Operations ▲CRM ▲Management ▲HR from the 31st until November 15th, where they will perform their duties in earnest and undergo a final work evaluation before being converted to full-time employees.
