Starting from the 30th, the Hwanggeumnyeok Donghaeng Festival online promotion will officially begin.
According to the Ministry of SMEs and Startups on the 29th, from the 30th for 29 days, major domestic online shopping malls such as Coupang, Gmarket, and 11st, as well as public shopping malls operated by the government and local governments, will offer discounts of up to 50% on food, local specialties, daily necessities, digital products, and home appliances.

On 12 live commerce platforms including WEMAKEPRICE, TMON, Grip, and Hyundai Home Shopping, a total of 87 broadcasts will be conducted. Influencers and others will appear to sell products from small and medium enterprises and small business owners, offering up to 50% discount coupons and prize events. TV home shopping and T-commerce will reduce commissions for small and medium enterprises and small business tenants.
O2O (online-to-offline) platforms such as Baedal Minjok, Yogiyo, and Kakao will operate discount coupons and exclusive promotions during the first week to support small restaurant business owners.
During the Donghaeng Festival period, regional events will be held across the country. The opening ceremony will take place on the 4th of next month at 7:30 PM in Daegu Dongseong-ro. The opening event includes the ‘Donghaeng Fashion Show,’ symbolizing the collaboration between Daegu companies and citizens to revitalize the local economy.
