Seoul Dragon City announced on the 29th that it will operate the 'Shine Muscat Studio' on the 26th floor of Novotel Suites' 'THE 26' from September 9 to October 29.
The Shine Muscat Studio is a buffet product where you can enjoy unlimited desserts made with Shine Muscat, a seasonal autumn fruit. Seoul Dragon City was the first in the hotel industry to introduce a Shine Muscat dessert buffet in 2020. Every year, it operates seasonal dessert buffets themed around strawberries, mangoes, and Shine Muscat. This fall, it presents the Shine Muscat Studio, which is suitable for enjoying as a brunch on a relaxing holiday by enhancing salads and live sections.
Visitors can start with a green grape ade served as a welcome drink and taste Shine Muscat tart, vanilla cake, marinated cream cheese, and more. In addition, a total of 23 desserts are offered, including Valrhona chocolate tart, condensed milk cream Danish, and praline cookie choux. The croffle, a popular combination of croissant and waffle, can also be enjoyed at the bakery live section.
There are also various meal replacement menus. Six types of salads are provided, including Shine Muscat Caprese with ricotta cheese for added richness. At the live section, you can taste assorted mushroom seafood paella, a Spanish rice dish, and Jjamppong. Eight types of hot foods are also offered, such as shakshuka (egg in hell) with tomato sauce and eggs, and beef stroganoff pasta.
The Shine Muscat Studio operates in two sessions on weekends and public holidays. The first session is from noon to 2 p.m., and the second session is from 2:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Meanwhile, Seoul Dragon City is selling early bird tickets for the Shine Muscat Studio through its website and Naver reservation service until September 6. Early bird ticket purchasers can receive a 15% discount, and the purchased tickets can be used until September.
