Corporate Regulation Relief Act to Take Effect in July
The Jeonbuk Provincial Economic and Trade Promotion Agency (Director Yoon Yeobong, hereinafter 'Gyeongjinwon') is recruiting a specialized mentor group related to regulations to resolve difficulties faced by small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).
The provincial Gyeongjinwon operates various consulting support projects. It is promoting the establishment of a comprehensive support system for SMEs next year.
This recruitment aims to additionally discover mentors in the field of regulatory relaxation and reform to create a business-friendly environment. The experts must have more than 7 years of experience in relevant fields such as law related to regulations, patent attorneys, technical experts, and technology transaction specialists.
The application period is until the 6th of next month. Qualified professionals will be registered as mentors and will participate in counseling activities and mentor-targeted meetings.
Meanwhile, the province improved seven central regulations that hindered corporate management activities or inconvenienced residents' daily lives in the first half of this year. The Corporate Regulation Relaxation Act has been in effect since July.
A Gyeongjinwon official stated, “The province has seen an improved atmosphere for smooth corporate activities due to regulatory relaxation, and in line with this trend, we are securing regulatory relaxation experts in addition to commercialization mentors.”
