Dongdaemun-gu (District Mayor Lee Pil-hyung) conducted a "Joint Water Rescue Training" on the 25th at 2 PM together with Dongdaemun Fire Station and Banpo Water Rescue Team.
This training was held to appropriately respond to situations requiring rescue due to the rising water level of Jungnangcheon caused by typhoons and the rainy season, and to check the cooperation system with related organizations in case of water accidents. A total of 40 people, including 25 Dongdaemun-gu office employees and rescue team members, participated in the training.
The training took place around Dongjak Bridge on the Han River to simulate the rising water level of Jungnangcheon.
