This donation was proposed by Branch Chief Son Seongin and actively supported by members of local senior centers. At the donation ceremony held on the 18th in the mayor's office, Branch Chief Son said, "Members of Seodaemun-gu senior centers collected donations bit by bit for those affected by the flood," adding, "We mourn the victims and offer our deepest condolences to those who suffered damage."
