Gyeongnam Nonghyup Delivers Sponsorship Funds for Agricultural Product Win-Win Marketing with Muhak
Gyeongnam Nonghyup, together with Gyeongsangnam-do, Changnyeong-gun, Namhae-gun, and the local win-win company Muhak, is conducting the ‘Gyeongnam Garlic Win-Win Joint Marketing Special Sale’ at Yeongnam region Nonghyup Hanaro Mart until the 23rd to promote the consumption of Gyeongnam garlic.
This event, which started on the 17th, was organized as part of a province-wide integrated consumption promotion campaign to help Gyeongnam garlic producers who are facing difficulties due to price drops and poor crop conditions.

Gyeongnam agricultural products such as Changnyeong and Namhae garlic, water parsley, mini pumpkin, apples, pears, and Kyoho grapes will be sold at discounted prices. In particular, Gyeongnam garlic will be offered at a 20% discount compared to the market price.
On the 18th, at the Nonghyup Gimhae Agricultural Products Comprehensive Distribution Center, a sponsorship fund delivery ceremony for promoting Gyeongnam garlic consumption was held with the attendance of Kim Ju-yang, head of Gyeongnam Nonghyup headquarters; Seong Nak-in, mayor of Changnyeong-gun; Ryu Hae-seok, deputy mayor of Namhae; Choi Jae-ho, chairman of Muhak; officials from Gyeongnam Provincial Agricultural Policy Bureau; and heads of local agricultural cooperatives. Muhak donated 15 million KRW to Gyeongnam Nonghyup, which will be used as funds for the special sale.
Kim Ju-yang, head of Gyeongnam Nonghyup headquarters, said, “We deeply appreciate the Muhak officials who participated in the win-win marketing for Gyeongnam garlic producers and consumers who have recently been facing difficulties. Going forward, Gyeongnam Nonghyup will continue to discover win-win cooperation projects involving local governments and companies.”
