Online Sales Support for Baeknyeon Gage and Baeknyeon Sogongin
Products from Baeknyeon Gage and Baeknyeon Sogongin stores across the country will soon be available on the Baedal Minjok app. Baedal Minjok (hereafter Baemin), operated by Woowa Brothers Corp. (CEO Lee Guk-hwan), announced on the 17th that it has signed an 'Online Sales Channel Support Agreement for Baeknyeon Gage and Baeknyeon Sogongin' with the Small Enterprise and Market Service (Chairman Park Sung-hyo, hereafter SEMAS).
This agreement was established to enhance the self-sustainability of Baeknyeon Gage and Baeknyeon Sogongin through the activation of online sales and to create a new growth foundation. Baeknyeon Gage refers to stores that have maintained their business for over 30 years and have been selected by the Ministry of SMEs and Startups and SEMAS based on excellence and growth potential. Baeknyeon Sogongin is a certification system for artisans who have continuously operated their businesses for more than 15 years in a specific field with skilled craftsmanship and dedication.
SEMAS has been promoting an online sales channel support project to nurture these stores and artisans to sustain and grow for over 100 years and to spread successful models. According to the agreement, Baemin will operate a dedicated Baeknyeon Gage special exhibition continuously within the 'Jeon-guk Byeolmi' service on the app starting in September. Approximately 80 Baeknyeon Gage and Baeknyeon Sogongin products are expected to be featured in Jeon-guk Byeolmi.

Baemin will also support product photography necessary for entry into Jeon-guk Byeolmi. Additionally, it plans to produce and present detailed content in a storytelling format to maximize the appeal of the products. Furthermore, various coupon and prize giveaway events will be held for consumers who order Baeknyeon Gage products. As part of participation in the ‘Donghaeng Festival,’ a win-win consumption promotion event hosted by the Ministry of SMEs and Startups scheduled for September and December this year, Baemin will also promote its own campaigns aligned with the Baeknyeon Gage concept.
