Hosted by Asia Economy, the '2023 Global Wine and Food Trip' will be held on August 25-26 at the Floating Island on Sebitseom in Seocho-gu, Seoul. Major domestic wine importers and food companies will participate, providing an opportunity to taste a variety of regional wines and enjoy food pairings.

Haemi Eupseong Strawberry Wine 'Saint House Sparkling Wine'

At this event, Haemieupseong Strawberry Wine, an agricultural corporation from Seosan, Chungnam, will showcase the competitiveness of domestic wines through products made from various fruits including strawberries, peaches, apples, pears, and quince. The representative wine of Haemieupseong Strawberry Wine is the 'Saint House Sparkling Wine.'

The Saint House Sparkling Wine is brewed using patented technology developed by CEO Shin Kwon-su, who was selected as a master of strawberry wine. The wine uses strawberries grown with bedrock water drawn from 200 meters underground and is aged for two years in a wine cellar with an average annual temperature of 10 degrees Celsius before release. It comes in two alcohol levels: 6% and 12%.

Haemieupseong Strawberry Wine currently produces more than 10 types of wines, including the Saint House Sparkling Wine, all made from 100% domestically grown strawberries certified by GAP. Haemieupseong Strawberry Wine pairs well with seafood, grilled fish, yukjeon (pan-fried beef), boiled pork, and is also a great wine to enjoy before or after meals without accompanying food for a refreshing change of mood.
