Yanolja announced on the 10th that it is encouraging reservation management and promoting the development of related solutions to prevent duplicate reservation cancellations at partner stores.
Duplicate reservations occur during the manual management of reservations by partner stores, which come in from various channels. They frequently happen especially during peak seasons, causing anxiety for customers preparing for their trips and undermining trust in the accommodation market.
Yanolja operates a reservation guarantee program called 'Yanolja Care,' which provides customers with a refund of the payment amount along with additional Yanolja points in case of sudden reservation cancellations by partner stores. Last year, the number of cancellations at partner stores enrolled in Yanolja Care decreased by 22% compared to non-enrolled partner stores.
Additionally, Yanolja is investing in solution development to find a fundamental solution to the occurrence of duplicate reservations. Yanolja Cloud's hospitality solution CMS (Channel Management System) plans to assist real-time reservation management without duplicate bookings by instantly linking reservation data from various platforms with the hospitality facility's PMS (Property Management System).
