On the 9th, two workers who were buried in a collapse accident at a new neighborhood living facility construction site in Oksan-dong, Anseong-si, Gyeonggi Province, were both found in cardiac arrest.
According to the fire authorities on the 9th, both workers buried under the building debris were found in a state of cardiac arrest. One was discovered around 12:25 PM, and the other was rescued in cardiac arrest at approximately 1:06 PM.
They are reported to be Vietnamese men in their 20s and 30s, respectively.
The fire authorities raised the response level to Stage 2 starting from 12:01 PM and deployed 52 rescue personnel to the site.
