The Convergence Tourism Talent Development Program is an employment support program designed to enhance young people’s understanding of the tourism industry by providing practical casino dealing skills as well as various education and on-site training focused on complex resort jobs for those aspiring to work in complex resorts and casinos.

The 2nd general course was conducted from May 22 to August 4 for general youth. The trainees completed 10 weeks of training in game operations, basic foreign languages, complex resort jobs (hotel, food and beverage, MICE, etc.), and service education, followed by one week of on-site training.

Among the 20 graduates, five outstanding students received the Korea Casino Industry Tourism Association President’s Award. Previously, in May, the 1st course produced 17 graduates who completed the dealing qualification program.

GKL plans to operate an additional six-month employment support program after the training ends to manage and assist trainees in securing actual employment.

Kim Young-san, President of GKL, stated, "As a public tourism enterprise, we will continue to strive and put more thought into realizing social value through education and creating jobs for youth."
