As part of ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) management, Namyang Dairy Products' dealership win-win meeting, which has been ongoing for 11 years since 2013, is a communication platform where executives and dealership representatives gather to explore various measures necessary for mutual growth.
The meeting, attended by seven company officials including General Manager of Management Kim Seung-eon and five dealership representatives, reviewed the implementation results of last year's consent decree, shared ongoing activities aimed at improving sales competitiveness, and discussed current issues between dealerships and the company to overcome the difficult market situation together.
