Signing of Business Agreement with Jinju Lee Seong-su Eye Clinic
Namhae-gun Public Health Center in Gyeongnam signed a 'Namhae-gun Resident Primary Care Physician System Operation Business Agreement' with Jinju Lee Seong-su Eye Clinic.
The agreement ceremony held at the county office on July 31 was attended by County Governor Jang Chung-nam and Director Lee Seong-su of the Eye Clinic, among others, and they agreed to jointly promote various tasks to provide high-quality medical services to vulnerable residents.
Namhae-gun appointed a local ophthalmologist as the primary care doctor for our neighborhood.

The Resident Primary Care Physician System is a policy designed to support vulnerable residents in receiving appropriate medical services and health consultations to help manage lifelong health. It provides high-quality medical services through the participation of public medical institutions close to local residents and private medical institutions.

Namhae-gun Public Health Center began full-scale implementation of the Resident Primary Care Physician System, a pledge project of the 8th elected administration, starting in 2023. It is conducting selection and health consultations for medically vulnerable groups among all residents, designating core villages in medically vulnerable areas and providing education, and carrying out pilot projects for medical support in medically vulnerable areas including non-face-to-face video consultations.
