NHN Announces Open Recruitment for Game Business Division in 2023
NHN announced on the 28th that it has started a large-scale open recruitment for its Game Business Division in 2023.
NHN conducts open recruitment annually to discover talent for its game business sector. This year, it is focusing more on the group’s core game business by conducting both experienced and new graduate recruitments simultaneously. They are carrying out extensive hiring across all job categories including development, planning, art, and business for various game genres such as web board, casual, and mid-core games.
Applications will be accepted until August 10. For new graduates, the schedule includes document screening, first and second round interviews, with final onboarding in mid-September. For new graduate developers, a preliminary test is added before the document screening, and experienced hires will join sequentially depending on their acceptance status.
Jung Woo-jin, CEO of NHN, said, “NHN views talent development and discovery as the cornerstone for the growth of its core game business and therefore conducts open recruitment every year without pause. We will attempt various changes and challenges to ensure continuous investment in talent leads to meaningful outcomes in the future.”
