'License Revocation Level' Drunk Driving Police Officer Caught... Suspended from Duty
A police officer in Seoul is under internal investigation after being caught driving while heavily intoxicated.
According to the police on the 27th, Officer A of the Yangcheon Police Station in Seoul was caught driving under the influence in Gangseo-gu around midnight on the 16th after drinking with an acquaintance. Officer A's blood alcohol concentration at the time was reportedly at the license cancellation level (0.08% or higher).

Officer A reported the incident to his team leader on the 23rd, a week after being caught, and was suspended from duty on the 25th. The Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency and Yangcheon Police Station are conducting an internal investigation into Officer A.
