Changwon Facilities Corporation Obtains 'Human Rights Management System Certification' for 3 Consecutive Years
Recognized for Efforts to Promote a Culture of Human Rights Respect
Changwon Facilities Corporation in Gyeongnam announced on the 27th that it has been recognized for its efforts to promote a culture of human rights respect and has recently obtained the ‘Human Rights Management System Certification’ from the Korea Management Registrar (KMR) for three consecutive years since 2021.
The Human Rights Management System is a certification system in which the Korea Management Registrar comprehensively reviews organizations, systems, and implementation requirements to systematically manage human rights management.
Changwon Facilities Corporation held its own award ceremony for the Human Rights Management System certificate.
View original imageIn this evaluation, the corporation received high marks for the CEO’s strong interest in human rights management, the high level of employee participation, and efforts to enhance human rights sensitivity, such as conducting monthly human rights practice campaigns.
Since introducing human rights management in 2018, the corporation has established a management system to prevent human rights violations, including the declaration of human rights management, operation of the Human Rights Management Committee, and enactment of human rights management implementation guidelines.
