With all heavy rain warnings nationwide lifted, the crisis alert level was lowered from 'Severe' to 'Attention' at 8 a.m. on the 27th. The Central Disaster and Safety Countermeasures Headquarters' emergency duty level 2 was also lifted.
The Ministry of the Interior and Safety announced this information on the morning of the same day. The Central Disaster and Safety Countermeasures Headquarters had maintained emergency duty level 2 since the 22nd.
Since the heavy rains began on the 9th, 47 people have died and 3 are missing. The cumulative number of evacuees is 19,607. Among them, 1,345 people have not yet returned home and are staying in temporary shelters such as senior centers, village halls, schools, or relatives' houses.
As of 6 a.m. on the same day, damage to facilities caused by the heavy rain was recorded at 13,884 cases, with 4,370 cases of private facility damage and 9,514 cases of public facility damage. A total of 2,247 houses were flooded and 252 houses were damaged. There were 752 cases of flooding in commercial buildings and construction sites.
Damage to roads and bridges amounted to 1,234 cases, and landslides were reported in 1,020 cases. Damage to rivers was 704 cases, and damage to small rivers was 1,197 cases.

The current emergency restoration rate is 83.5% for private facilities and 82.3% for public facilities. The scale of crop flooding and fruit drop damage caused by the heavy rain remains unchanged from the previous day at 36,252 hectares. Among these, 614 hectares were washed away or buried. Damage to vinyl greenhouses and livestock barns covers 61 hectares. The number of livestock deaths, including chickens and ducks, is 929,000.
