'Drunken Assault on Woman' O Taeyang, Former Leader of Miraedang, Indicted and Detained

According to the prosecution on the 26th, the Seoul Eastern District Prosecutors' Office indicted former representative Oh on charges of quasi-forced molestation and took him into custody.
Oh is accused of taking a woman who was drunk and collapsed on the street to a nearby motel and sexually assaulting her in May of last year. Initially, the police sent him to prosecution without detention. In response, the prosecution conducted a supplementary investigation, secured additional physical evidence, and arrested Oh on the 18th to proceed with the investigation.
