Summer Night Music Concert for Tourists and Citizens
"Remembered as an Island You Want to Stay Long and Visit Again"
Gunsan City provides tourists and citizens visiting Seonyudo with time for rest and healing during the vacation season. The city announced on the 25th that it will hold the 'Seonyudo Sunset Music Festival' at Gunsan Seonyudo Beach on the 29th.
This year, Seonyudo Beach will be open for 40 days from the 7th of this month until the 15th of next month. The festival was planned to offer special memories to tourists visiting Seonyudo.
Seonyudo is a beautiful island where a celestial being once roamed, preserving its natural scenic beauty. Seonyudo Beach harmonizes clear water, clean sand, and stunning natural landscapes. Attractions such as the Seonyu Sky Sunline zipline, winding trails, and fishing village experience activities have become widely known, establishing it as a tourist destination.
This event will feature performances by office worker bands, belly dance shows, local dance teams and percussion performances, as well as recreational activities involving tourists and local residents. In particular, the dance DJing party will create unforgettable memories for citizens and tourists together on Seonyudo.
Kim Bong-gon, Director of the Culture and Tourism Bureau, said, "We want Seonyudo to be remembered as an island where many visitors want to stay longer and return again through a midsummer night's festival."
