The ‘Yongsan Resident Awards’ began in 1994 and, as of last year, 171 residents have been honored. The district has installed the ‘Yongsan Residents’ Hall of Honor’ (2.7m high, 7m wide) in the lobby in front of the main hall of Yongsan Art Hall, displaying the names of all past awardees. A kiosk provides information on award details, photos, and other data about past recipients.
