About 600 people, including members of the Seongnam City Volunteer Disaster Prevention Corps, Seongnam Volunteer Center, student volunteer groups, soldiers, the Seongnam Youth Foundation, and Seongnam city officials, are participating in this cleanup activity.
Since the cleanup began on the 17th, Seongnam City has collected 85 tons of floating debris and trash.
This cleanup focuses on areas along the Tancheon riverside, including the Tancheon bike paths and walking trails, to provide citizens who use the river with a pleasant and safe river environment.
