‘Euratchacha’ Dong-Eui University Wins Men’s Team Championship at Yangpyeong Mongyang Cup National Judo Tournament
The Dong-Eui University Judo Team claimed the championship in the men's college division team event at the 2nd Yangpyeong Mongyang Cup National Judo Tournament.
Dong-Eui University athletes Lee Choong-soo, Lee Da-woon, Yoon Seok-il, Lee Min-soo, Kim Min-woo, and Kim Hyun-tae competed in the men's college division team final held from the 10th to the 15th at the clear-water Yangpyeong Gymnasium in Yangpyeong-gun, Gyeonggi-do, defeating Kookmin University 3-1 to secure the championship.
In the individual events, Lee Da-woon in the -81kg category and Kim Hyun-tae in the +100kg category both earned bronze medals by placing third, and coach Hwang In-soo received the Best Coach Award.

Having finished as runners-up in last year's inaugural tournament, Dong-Eui University avenged their previous disappointment by capturing their first title in this competition as well as their first team championship in a national tournament this year.
