On the 20th, President Kang delivered this message as a speaker at the World OKTA (World Federation of Overseas Korean Traders Associations) event held at the YBM Training Center in Hwaseong, Gyeonggi-do.
World OKTA operates programs annually for about 200 participants, including second-generation overseas entrepreneurs and domestic young startup founders. This year's event runs until the 24th of this month.
In his lecture titled "Current Status of Global Semiconductor Hegemony Competition and Our Response," President Kang emphasized, "In the face of changes across industries such as the emergence of generative artificial intelligence (AI) and the digital transformation, the protagonists of these challenges are the youth, and they will determine the future of the Republic of Korea."

President Kang's special lecture was arranged following a request from World OKTA for a youth-focused lecture after signing a business agreement with the Gyeonggi-do Economic Science Promotion Agency on the 18th.
