Coway Provides Free Repair and Replacement Support for Rental Customers Affected by Flood Damage
Coway announced on the 20th that it has established an emergency support service base in Okryong-dong, Gongju-si, Chungnam, which suffered flood damage due to heavy rain, and will provide free inspections and after-sales service (AS) for rental customers.
Coway will provide free AS for rental products flooded by the recent heavy rain. If the product is completely submerged, damaged, or lost and cannot be repaired, it will be replaced with a new product free of charge. Rental fees will be discounted for the period during which the product could not be used due to damage.
In addition, emergency service bases will supply drinking water to residents in the Gongju area of Chungnam who suffered significant damage.
Flood damage reports for Coway rental products can be made through the Coway Customer Center. After the report, a service manager will visit and provide free repair services.
