GS Caltex Steps Up to Support Flood Victims
GS Caltex has stepped up to support disaster victims in the Chungcheong and Gyeongbuk regions affected by heavy rains during the monsoon season.
On the 15th and 16th, GS Caltex delivered over 150 sets of partitioned dividers and sleeping bags to evacuees in Buyeo-gun, Chungnam, and Bonghwa-gun, Gyeongbuk, through the National Disaster Relief Association.
Additionally, starting from the 25th, GS Caltex will launch a customer donation campaign titled "Small points come together to create good" through the 'Energy Plus' application. When customers pledge to donate their GS Point rewards, GS Caltex will add matching grant donations equal to the customers' points to support flood victims.
GS Caltex is also providing fuel expenses for government vehicles working on flood recovery in the Cheongju and Yecheon areas, and employees will deliver relief supplies to the disaster victims.
