Hyundai Motor Company announced on the 20th that Kim Jin-hwan, Sales Director of the Gwangju Truck Branch, became the first to achieve cumulative sales of 3,000 commercial vehicles. This is the first time a commercial vehicle salesperson has reached this milestone, a record set 32 years after joining Hyundai Motor in 1991.
Director Kim earned the title of ‘Sales Master’ in December 2018 after reaching cumulative sales of 2,500 commercial vehicles. He said, “I feel great pride and honor in stepping on the milestone of being the first to sell 3,000 commercial vehicles,” adding, “I am grateful to all the customers who supported and encouraged me, my beloved family, colleagues, and acquaintances.”

Hyundai Motor operates various reward programs such as the Sales Honor Award System, National Sales King, and The Class Awards to encourage Kamaster salespeople and promote healthy sales competition. The ‘Sales Honor Award System’ in the commercial vehicle sector grants titles and prizes upon reaching cumulative sales milestones: ‘Sales Artisan’ at 1,000 units, ‘Sales Expert’ at 1,500 units, ‘Sales Master’ at 2,000 units, and ‘Sales Grandmaster’ at 2,500 units.
